**Your Role at Hess Academy**:

- **Inspire**:Lead engaging and interactive English classes for secondary-level students using both physical classroom settings and dynamic online platforms.
- **Create**:Craft compelling learning materials with Hess Academy's extensive content library and syllabus frameworks.
- **Connect**:Establish strong relationships through effective student and parent management, ensuring continuous communication and feedback.
- **Promote**:Actively contribute to marketing content to boost student engagement and outreach.
- **Support**:Perform necessary administrative tasks related to class management to ensure a seamless learning experience.

**Job Requirements**
- Current or Ex-MOE teacher
- At least 2 Years of Teaching/Tutoring Experience in Secondary/IP Level English
- Strong Written & Presentation Skills
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
- Proficient in the use of a writing tablet to conduct classes
- Mastery of the Secondary English syllabus and being able to contribute to syllabus development
