Singapore RN CARE PTE. LTD. Full time

Provide therapeutic and care assistance to clients at the senior care centre under the guidance of the Primary Therapist.
- Perform vital sign checks and, if needed, assess pain levels before and/or after exercises or activities.
- Support the therapist in educating clients and their family members or caregivers.
- Lead physical and/or virtual exercise sessions in accordance with care plans established by the Primary Therapist, including activities like stretching, strength training, range of motion exercises, and using physical modalities.
- Facilitate maintenance activities such as physical, recreational, and other planned exercises as directed by the Therapist or Centre Manager.
- Collaborate with care staff to raise patient concerns to the Multi-Disciplinary Team, ensuring individual needs are addressed.
- Manage the client visitation schedule using a weekly planner and promptly inform clients or caregivers of any updates or changes.
- Monitor and manage inventory for necessary supplies and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks for equipment

**Qualifications**
- GCE O or N level
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), Certificate in Therapy Services or equivalent
- Computer literate to do electronic entry into online record and basic usage of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in healthcare/community care setting would be an advantage.
