The **Product Manager**(“Manager”) is a key commercial position that is dedicated to delivering Mesh Bio’s healthcare software solutions to customers and partners. The Manager is expected to work together with other company functions, including the Engineering department and the Product Designer in meeting customers’ needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Explore and evaluate new opportunities, validate customers, identify new business models and areas where Mesh Bio’s solutions can add significant, differentiated value.
- Lead the customer’s discovery process for new products, helping to unearth customer’s business objectives and current pain points and translate to user requirements specification.
- Ability to wear multiple hats including product, marketing, and business to quickly assess product, technology and business risks, competitive landscape, differentiation, etc.
- Draft up product requirements specifications which matches product features and capability built on users’ requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between Product, Sales, and Engineering, funnelling customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
- Assist in conducting competitive analyses and preparing go-to-market plans for new products, including early-stage needs finding, user research, market analysis.
- Work closely with the Product Designer and the Engineering teams to build prototypes, test, and iterate.
- Conduct Proof-of-Concepts/Pilots where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements.
- Assist in delivering value-based demonstrations highlighting our platform’s ecosystem
- Lead and manage the implementation of product new features, along with the Engineering department.
- Serves as Technical Lead for Healthcare Solution Engineers and Customer Success Specialists and managing their tech related issues and communications with Engineering
- Assist in managing the implementation and onboarding of new customers
- Assist in managing the product vision and product roadmap
- Serves as a key liaison within the commercial department in meeting the needs of ISO27001 and ISO13485

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Min Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical engineering or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years prior experience working with an early-stage proprietary product in a life science, healthcare, or medical device setting
- Comfortable and confident of speaking to doctors and healthcare workers
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
- Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
