Job description:
As an Infrastructure Technical Manager, you will lead one infrastructure team to realise the infrastructure requirements for the project design and implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Application development team for the system design.
- Working closely with the project manager for the plan, design, and implementation.
- Represent as the project infrastructure technical lead to liaise with the customer to fulfil the requirement and gaps.
- Hands-on team lead during the on-site project deployment spearhead the implementation processes and provide escalation and mentorship to the engineers and contractors.
- Review and provide the input for the technical proposal.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge and project management experience in enterprise system and network design.
- Experience on the implementation experience on the Domain controller, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NFS, etc.
- Knowledge and experience on the Radius, LDAP, and SSO authentication technology will be preferred.
- Implementation and support experience on the windows and Linux systems.
- Hands-on experience on virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V.
- Knowledge and experience on the SAN switch, SAN storage planning, and troubleshooting.
- Implementation and support Experience on the backup solution like Veeam, NetBackup, shadow protect.
- Management and support experience on end-point protection solutions like McAfee, trend micro, etc.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on network equipment like Firewall, switch, and load balancer.
- Experience in cybersecurity enhancement design and implementation, familiar with CIS, ISO270001 security benchmark.
- Experience in Cloud architecture design will be an advantage.
- Experience in SDWAN configuration will be an advantage.
- Familiar with monitoring solutions like the SCCM, SolarWinds will be an advantage.
- Experience in the DR practice will be an advantage.
- fluent English and mandarin speaking

Certifications prefer:

- Microsoft Certified IT Professional
- VMware certified professional
- CCNA
- PMP, CISSP, CCNP will be an advantage
