Join us as Associate Project Manager for the Process Automation Businesss Area where you will be leading the executing of medium-size projects and ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. Reporting to that Engineering Manager and this position will be based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over
- Supporting improving guidelines, tools, and templates.
- Ensuring compliance to relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Supporting local sales and tendering through early involvement in tenders
- Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies.Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization
- Monitoring and controling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements
- Acting as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders

**Your background**:

- Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Project Management related to Project Site work
- Good understanding of scheduling, contract management, cost control and risks management
- Preferable knowledge in Module Construction Fabrication Sequence, Electrical Installation, Testing and Commissioning for Offshore or Plant Projects
- Mandatory to have experience in Oil and Gas plant/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project
- Having strong engineering background will be preferred.
- May require extensive time at worksites like China, Indonesia, etc
