As Mechanical Maintenance Lead - Static & Rotary, you’ll be managing the maintenance team and has direct responsibility for all maintenance activities as required to meet local regulatory requirements, production demand, and customers’ expectations. You’ll be championing facility PM program, monitoring and coordinating all activities associated with facility and equipment maintenance to maintain reliability, ensure maximum uptime, and minimize impact to production”

As a Mechanical Maintenance lead - Static & Rotary, you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for facility, equipment (machinery & fixed equipment) tasks. Utilities, Air dryers, Cooling towers, reactors, blenders, Mag pumps heat exchangers etc
- Coordinating and performing duties related to all maintenance such as servicing, repair of facilities equipment including machinery & Metals maintenance task and isolations
- Monitoring the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping, and environmental requirements.
- Managing maintenance team and has direct responsibility for all maintenance activities as required to meet local regulatory requirements, production demand, and customers’ expectations. Coordinating and supervising contract maintenance work.
- Leading and project manage facility and equipment upgrades and responsible for supervision of construction activities
- Reading and interpreting electrical & electronic single line diagrams and piping & instrumentation diagrams
- Travelling to vendor site to provide inspection, training or troubleshoot issues as required
- Being responsible for the equipment inventory management ( CMMS system)

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Diploma/ITE/ in Mechanical/Machinery
- Have 10 - 12 years of practical experience in relevant field with extensive knowledge and hands on experience with rotating and static equipment
- Have worked in Specialty chemicals Industry
- Have experience towards batch processing
- Have good collaboration skills, ability to work in groups and supervise the team
- Have good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills,
- Have ability to work off-hours and weekends, as needed
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have SAP or Maximo, Basic Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
