**Job Description**:
To provide a safe, productive and well-maintained physical environment for Anglo American by planning and delivering professional services that are sustainable and supportive of business excellence.
- Manage day to day operations and floor management such supervision of cleaners, contractors, etc.
- Assist in office inspections for defects and follow up on rectification works.
- Assist in asset management or inventories.
- Assist in ad-hoc facilities projects and events.
- Assist in Health & Safety related matters.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures
- Review & update internal communications/website

**Qualifications**:

- A Diploma undergraduate at local polytechnics
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High organisational skills, able to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Can do attitude and a strong ability to learn
- Please state internship availability in your CV
