- good communication skills and an outgoing personality
- pleasant and positive mindset
- some knowledge of traditional kopi and teh will be a plus
- Overseeing opening and closing duties meanwhile fine tuning standard operating procedures for documentation
- Recruiting, training and supervising outlet staff
- Preparing Bi-Monthly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements where necessary.
- Ensuring all expenses are within budget.
- Inventory management and maintaining par levels
- Resolving customer complaints and collecting feedback

**Requirements**:

- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills
