We are looking for a full-time organised storekeeper who can handle all stocks of both incoming and outgoing goods and ensure good maintenance of all our materials and facilities.

**Job Description
The scope of work stretches between housekeeping ask storekeeping:
Housekeeping
- Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks and planning of future tasks.
- Interface with all departments on their individual cleaning works
- Ensure that all cleaning tools, equipment and detergents are always in Stock.
- Create a cleaning schedule and define with management the PIC for each.
- Verify and guarantee to the management cleanliness throughout.
- Oversee scheduling of the pot-washers and their work flow.
- Cover housekeeping chores for areas with no PIC

Storekeeping [Retail]
- Receive and shelf all supplies after checking with the relevant departments
- Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company
- Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods
- Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
- Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store

Storekeeping [Events]
- Pack all supplies for each upcoming event based on provided packing list
- Highlight to management discrepancies, missing items, “overbooking”
- Post event unpacking and coordination with other departments for washing and laundry
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement

Storekeeping [General]
- Keep the storage layout and the storing tools updated to the evolving company needs
- Maintain a neat and safe working environment as per government regulationAny other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Management
