Singapore Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) Full time

**Purpose statement**:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinate’s inbound and outbound shipments of goods, products and supplies. Organize and maintain warehouse and stock inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply chain.

**Essential Functions**:
Manage current and future manifests for carriers, couriers and consolidations.

Organize, locate and reorganize product prior to shipment.

Organize and package shipments according to procedures and requirements.

Tracking of inbound and outbound shipments, advise Customer Care Team on status of packages.

Pick, verify and package product for shipment while observing procedure and customer requests.

Sort and organize product and packages to correct locations.

Process airway bill packages and documentation for international shipments.

Sort, process and postmark outgoing mail.

Perform goods receipt from suppliers and vendors in ERP system.

Manage inventory and stock supplies.

Perform cycle counting of on-hand stock.

Ensure all ISC documents are well-maintained and stored as per procedure.

Be aware of the quality policy and contribute to achieving quality goals by following all related procedures and work instructions. And by doing so adhere to the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard applied within the company, where applicable.

Practice safe working habits, follow all IDT safety policies, perform safety checks on equipment and systems, and identify, correct, and report potential safety hazards.

**Education**:
Minimum - ITE Certificate / ‘O’ Level in Logistics Operations/Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields.

**Professional Experience**:
1-2 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse management required.

Valid Class 3 driving license required.

Other Job Qualifications

Ability to conduct data analysis in Excel that may include pivots table or statistical analysis of other related costs.

Ability to perform under stress when confronted with emergent, critical, unusual, or dangerous situations, or situation in which working speed and sustained attention are make-or-break aspects of the job.

Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.

Ability to maintain both a high standard of courtesy and cooperation working as a team.
