What You'll Be Doing:

- Innovate and Build: Take the lead in designing and implementing AI-powered features that deliver real value, enhancing both user experience and product capabilities.
- Leverage LLMs: Evaluate and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, and other advanced AI tools to solve complex business problems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and design teams, owning projects from initial prototype through to production, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Architectural Guidance: Influence key architectural decisions for seamlessly integrating AI systems into the core product infrastructure.
- Mentorship & Growth: Share your expertise, mentor fellow engineers, and stay at the bleeding edge of the evolving AI ecosystem.
- Impact-Driven AI: Critically assess when and how to deploy AI, prioritizing meaningful impact over buzzword trends.

What You Bring:

- Technical Mastery: Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with a solid understanding of production-grade systems.
- Product Mindset: The ability to independently deliver full features (backend to frontend) and balance technical depth with business considerations.
- Educational Foundation: A Master's or PhD in Computer Science is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills and comfort navigating a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Bonus Points for: Exposure to vector databases, fine-tuning workflows, or AI infrastructure tools.
