[What the role is]

We are looking for resourceful and service-oriented individuals to join the Operations & Facilities Management Department which oversees the operation and maintenance of Government cemeteries, crematoria and columbaria. You will support the Assistant Manager/ Section Lead to manage the facilities within CCK Columbarium and Cemetery sites.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Carry out routine inspections within CCK Cemetery & Columbarium complex.
- Coordinate with contractors registered with NEA, to ensure installation works are followed up promptly and in compliance with rules and regulations requirements.
- Track works progression, and ensure reports are submitted as scheduled.
- Work with the relevant agencies and stakeholders on site management related works.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to contractors.
- Conduct site verification on works done and manage payment to contractors, including tracking expenditure.
- Consolidate, update, track and maintain inventory central database.
- Conduct regular meetings and audit of contractors
- Attend, investigate and resolve feedback from members of public and stakeholders
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and able to work outdoors
- Meticulous, analytical, and able to multi-task
- Enjoy working with others in a team
- Able and willing to work on weekends
- Preferably with Class 2 or 3 license and is willing to drive available department vehicle for work purpose
