Quality Assurance Analyst Epic Systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the development team and end users to understand system requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring their resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and ensure the software meets the needs of end users.
- Conduct system integration testing to ensure smooth interaction between different modules of the Epic Systems software.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test scripts, and test results.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the QA process, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Deep understanding of Epic Systems software, including modules such as EHR, revenue management, and clinical decision support systems.
- Excellent knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software defects.
- Proven track record of designing and executing comprehensive test plans.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Epic Systems certification (preferred).
