What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain FactSet Systems (B-One, SPAR/PA) for performance measurement, reporting, and attribution analysis.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of performance data into proprietary systems like HERA and ATHENA Dashboards.
- Deliver accurate and timely investment performance reporting for Portfolio Managers, Sales & Marketing teams, and Senior Management.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent system and workflow issues by working closely with stakeholders, including FactSet, HERA engineers, and data providers.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in managing performance or attribution systems for investment analysis.
- Expertise in FactSet Systems (SPAR/PA/Vault preferred; B-One experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of portfolio performance calculation methodologies and risk analytics.
- Comfortable working with complex financial instruments, including derivatives.
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation and efficiency.
