Responsibilities
- Be responsible for planning, execution and success of complex technical projects. Develop technical aspects of 99’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals
- Be a champion for new ideas and leverage the right technologies to achieve business growth and engineering scale

Management
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers (onsite and remote) to drive technical projects and provide leadership in an exciting, dynamic and sustainable environment
- Provide guidance to engineers to successfully execute engineering projects while establishing an effective operating rhythm
- Work closely with the Product Management team to define roadmaps, direct team efforts and ensure the creation of user-friendly products and features
- Be a champion for Engineering Excellence,
- Best Practices and improve team quality standards Influence others and represent technical insight to stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical fields or equivalent practical experience
- 8 + years experience in software engineer development and at least 5 years experience leading a large team.
- Demonstrate a strong leadership experience in leading agile development teams cross different countries and cultures.
- Possess strong knowledge of best practices in technology and product development and able to transform complex visions into simple and executable recommendations
- Enthusiastic in latest technologies and passionate in tech trends You have strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Technical hands-on experience in any programming language, preferably Python, Javascript/nodejs, GoLang or Java stack.
- Experience with Cloud technologies - GCP, AWS or Azure
- Willing to deal directly with the resolution of any existing issues Experience utilising
- Frameworks for API development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
