Die Stelle:

- Provision of pre-sales and post-sales services of LAP QA products (software and hardware) to the clients
- Handles demonstrations and presentations of company’s healthcare products to the clients
- Provision of internal and external product training on QA products
- Respond to inquiries with product clarifications, features and benefits
- Conducts and evaluates market research through a deep understanding of industry, customer requirements, market trends and competitor activity
- Responsible for developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders in the radiotherapy market

Anforderungsprofil:
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Radiation Physics or higher
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in radiotherapy
- Knowledge of QA software like RadCalc or equivalent tools
- Strong organization skills with the ability to collaborate with other teams
- Experience in presenting via videoconference
- Communicates effectively and disseminates information and ideas bidirectionally with office and clients
- Comfort level to communicate with all levels of management
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Position has minimum 25% travel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical process knowledge in radiotherapy
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and be able to provide effective product training and demo
- Highly motivated and organized; capable of working independently
- Ability to handle difficult situations with calm and discretion
- A good and supportive team player for the organization
- Flexibility and adaptability to different cultures within APAC region
- Knowledge of medical product regulatory standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills specific to medical products
