**Department and Position**
- The Repo and Secured Financing (RSF) IT division, works across the full value chain to sustain business activity and enable its acceleration.
- “Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many front line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. We are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Operations Management
- Optimize end of day batch.
- Improve STP performance.
- Manage Murex services.
- Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chain in which the activity is usually more intense on monthly run.
- Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams)
- Communicate effectively.
- Analyze and manage incidents.
- Change Management
- Production deployment and validation
- Software development life cycle process
- Automate tests
- Performance analysis
- Production releases on weekend
- Problem management and continuous improvement
- ITRS Geneos monitoring implementation.
- Solve recurrent incidents.
- Collaborate with build team to assess the priority of problems and follow-up the resolution, even contributing to the definition of long term solutions.

- Niveau d'étude minimum
Bac + 3 / L3
- Formation / Spécialisation
Bachelor and above in relevant discipline
- EOD batch
- Control M- ITRS Geneos
- SQL- UNIX- CI/CD toolsOptional
- General banking and finance understanding and knowledge
- Understanding of trade life cycle, financial products (BONDS, CDS )
- Exposure to Capital Market FO/BO system (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex )
**Education & Work Experience**- Bachelor and above degree in relevant specialties (IT, finance). Intermediate or senior level experience (min. 5 years).
**Shift Timings**- Work in shift for ASIA or EMEA region : (9am - 6:30pm SGT) (3pm - midnight SGT)
- On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support
