_**The Client**_

Our client is a Singapore based large law firm with a global network of associates. The vast majority of their clientele include corporate entities and private individuals and they have been providing corporate advisory with over 20 years of experience. They have supported clients in a diversity of many industries and markets, including assistance with complex, multimillion-dollar, multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
- **The Position**_

**Senior Associate - Corporate Law**

The **Senior Associate - Corporate Law** is responsible for providing advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters to clients. In addition, the Senior Associate is experienced in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate agreements, and licensing as well as governance and compliance ideally in the areas of General Corporate, Commerce and Fintech.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide advisory to both local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.
- Support the team in respect of upholding the firm’s policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a high level of competence in file management procedures including client care, fee estimates, time recording, and rendering timely interim bills (as appropriate).
- To monitor work in progress and ensure clients are kept informed.
- To contribute to and support the management of the general corporate law department.
- **The Requirements**:_
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in General Corporate / Commercial Contract / M&A / Fintech and Payment Services and Intellectual Property.
- With post-qualification experience of 3 - 4 years and above.
- Qualified in either Singapore or England or any other common law jurisdiction.
- Willingness to engage in, and building creative strategies and solutions to legal and business problems.
- Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration and client relationship building skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $8,000.00 per month
