Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an Ethics & Business Integrity function in a multi-national company within the region.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of basic finance concepts.
- Excellent people and communication skills, and ethical judgment.
- Strong understanding of ethics & compliance across APAC.

**Responsibilities**:
- Localize global compliance policies and create Regional-specific policies where appropriate.
- Provide local law expertise on topics such as confidentiality, conflicts, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, privacy and data protection, use of company assets, insider trading and compliance-related areas; retain local outside counsel where appropriate.
- Provide frequent and effective in-person training on our code of conduct and our compliance policies, including new employee orientation training.
- Assist headquarters compliance team in rolling out online training and be responsible for ensuring that the online training is applicable and appropriate for the Region.
- Perform periodic risk-assessments for the Region; inform headquarters of state of compliance in the Region.
