**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to align material availability with sales orders and production demands.
- Conduct and coordinate monthly stock takes to verify and reconcile stock accuracy within SAP and physical inventory.
- Manage inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels, proactively adjusting based on sales forecasts, and identifying slow-moving or obsolete items for management attention.
- Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and integrity are kept to the highest standards.
- Routinely monitor and ensure that scrap is correctly recorded in SAP and complies with declaration integrity standards.
- Field and respond to sales inquiries regarding BOM usage and verification, stock status, lead times, and freight cost considerations.
- Maintain Hydra production system and reports.
- Adhere to and promote the company's 5S, safety, health, and environmental (SHE) procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions to superiors or the SHEQ department.
- Assist the Warehouse and Logistics departments with material shipping arrangements.
- Track and assess supplier performance to ensure quality standards are being met.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors or management.

- A minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with prior experience in an ERP system (SAP highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Goal-driven, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work.
