**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of technical professionals to design, develop, and implement software solutions for banking projects.
- Utilize your expertise in Oracle, UNIX, and SQL to provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Oversee the implementation of Moody's Analytics reporting and RiskAuthority functionalities to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively address them to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10-14 years of experience in technical delivery management, with a focus on banking or financial services industry.
- Strong technical background in Oracle, UNIX, and SQL is essential.
- Proven experience with Moody's Analytics reporting and RiskAuthority.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading teams to successful project delivery.
- Proactive attitude, with a passion for driving results and delivering value to clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
