Engineering Specialist, Media Equipment Engineering

We are a dynamic equipment maintenance team providing technical support and services to Media Process and Production. We worked in the world’s largest state-of-the-art magnetic media manufacturing environment with highly automated processes and advanced control systems.

The new incumbents would have a positive experience with our comprehensive induction and training programs with an effective buddy system.
**About the role - you will**:
- Perform equipment troubleshooting, product conversions, and routine preventive maintenance to attain overall equipment performance
- Work with engineering on equipment setup and equipment upgrades.
- Perform root cause analysis to reduce product defects.
- Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards, and cost-saving reduction projects.

**About you**:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma or ITE.
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
- Team player with good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Willing to work on 12 hours shift pattern.
**Your experience includes**:
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Data analysis and MS office skills.
- Relevant experience in a cleanroom environment & vacuum will be an advantage.
**Location**:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available. Here at work, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at our onsite canteen and coffee shop. We offer a range of facilities including an in-house gym and dance studio, as well as after-work badminton and table tennis competitions.
