**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to our product and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with Singaporean laws and regulations.
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements, including privacy policies, terms of service, and intellectual property licenses.
- Assist in conducting legal research and analysis on various topics affecting the company's products and operations in Singapore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant Singaporean laws and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to legal and compliance matters.
- Assist in managing legal disputes and investigations, as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Admitted to practice law in a Commonwealth jurisdiction and/or the US.
- 2+ PQE with top tier international law firm experience or Tier-1 tech company.
- Demonstrable experience advising on complex data privacy and technology matters, including advising on EU and UK GDPR matters as well as data protection compliance in the APAC region.
- Experience advising on product counselling matters including the launch of new products in different jurisdictions.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the technology or gaming industry.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide practical and strategic legal advice.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws and licensing agreements is a plus.
- Prior experience in data protection and privacy laws is preferred.
