We are looking for a Junior Drafter to work with our Store Design Team and convert designs into technical plans.

Drafter responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements and setting up production methods. If you have hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and are familiar with building processes, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us build functional, secure and well-designed store and structures that meet the company needs

**Responsibilities**
- Create preliminary design sketches for conceptual analysis
- Create design specifications, documentation, and material lists
- Estimate material and production costs for designs
- Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings using 3D max / Sketchup
- Prepare detailed drawings and space planning using Autocad / Sketchup.
- Responsible for all the graphic visuals, design and concepts.
- Play an active role in providing creative store interior designs & design for marketing.
- Work closely with Store Design Manager to conceptualize ideas and prepare mood board.
- Ensure to complete assignment within time stipulated.
- Ensure dimensions of materials to be used are to scale and guide contractors on fabrication.
- Support Store Design Manager in feasibility studies of design details and Produce CAD drawings for construction, documentation and detailing.
- Liaise with designers concerning interior design layouts and drawings standards/details.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Comprehensive understanding of space planning, specifically in a retail environment
- Full proficiency in design software such as Latest AutoCad and Sketch Up. Vray Rendering or any other rendering tools will be an added advantage.
- Efficient in Adobe CC software and MS Office software
- Ability to operate computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting workstations
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from different stakeholders
- Communication skills with an emphasis on reading and writing for creating documentation and reports
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions
- Able to work independently
- Team player, Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
