**Tea Barista**

Salary**:$2500 - $3000 (Depends on experience)**

Working hours: 5.5 days per week, 6 days off per month (Rotating shift including weekends and PH)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare a variety of tea-based beverages** according to recipes and always ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
- **Interact with customers** in a **friendly and knowledgeable manner**, recommend tea selections based on preferences and dietary requirements, and provide information about different types of tea and their origins.
- **Operate and maintain tea-making equipment** such as tea brewers, espresso machines, milk frothers, and grinders, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in good working condition.
- **Monitor tea inventory levels**, restock supplies as needed, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
- **Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards **in the preparation area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and countertops regularly to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
- Other duties are assigned
