**Duration of Service**

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
break of 0.5 (half) hour per day. The working hours are as follows.

School Term

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00 am to 4.30pm

Fridays: 7.30 am to 4.00pm

School Holidays

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Fridays: 8.00am to 4.30pm
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holiday

**Scope of Service**

The Services required are set out as follows:
1. To to assist the HOD/ICT and ICT Associate to achieve efficient ICT

operations in the organization. The relevant skills needed:
a) Internet Security, Subject/Content research and copyright

b) Multimedia Facilities
- (Digital single-lens reflex Camera (DSLR, Video camera)

c) Presentation graphics for MS Word and MS PowerPoint (Advanced)

d) Microsoft Word (Advanced)

e) Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

f) Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced)

g) Adobe Suite (Advanced)
- Adobe audition, illustration photoshop, Lightroom,

Dreamweaver, premiere pro, adobe animate and after effect

h) Sound editing software (Advanced)
- Pro tools, mix craft and garage band)

The Personnel shall be competent to provide on-site ICT support to all students

and teachers in Fern vale Primary School.

1. Good Knowledge in Google tools such as;
- Google Drive
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Slides
- Google Forms
- Google Sites

2. To provide software training and technical assistance to both staff and

students.

3. Good knowledge in using handheld devices (iPad and Tablet)

4. Able to create user manuals for school reference e.g.;
- How to use google tools and it functions
- How to use video conferencing tool (Zoom and Google Meet)
- How to use Microsoft tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note)

5. Assist in ICT Administration work (create student label for icons and

loaning of equipment/devices)

6. Provide assistance in development and research of ICT solutions.

7. Must be to do basic troubleshooting for ICT /AVA Equipment

8. Able to manage, update and design the school website using SWIIT 3.5

platform

9. Assist teachers in recording for school use and events

10. Advanced photo and video editing (Software e.g.; Photoshop, iMovie and

premiere pro)

11. Work closely with the ICT head to spearhead ICT initiatives.

12. Management of programmers to be spearheaded by the ICT Department.

13. Assist the ICT Department with other ICT-related matters.

3. For the Company:
a) Company must provide trainings for ICT Associate such as;
- Training in using Google tools

**Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel**

The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and

experience:

- Minimum Diploma in one of the following:

- Multimedia design
- Information communication technology
- IT in service management

**Other Requirements**

1. ICT Associate must have minimum 2 years’ experience in conducting

training in a government / government-aided school.

2. ICT Associate should preferably have at least 1 year experience in

administering e-learning portal for teaching and learning in government /

government-aided school.

Contract length: 14 months
