KPMG's Global Tax Compliance and Transformation team is specifically designed to help clients achieve cost-efficiencies and gain better process control and visibility. The team has been established to support the growth of KPMG's tax compliance service offerings. The aim of the team is to drive the implementation of internal and external initiatives within the Global Tax Compliance and Tax Transformation arena, and ensure high quality on-going services are provided to a number of our clients. As part of the transformation team, this role will support 5 main strategic goals:
- The first goal will be to support with the day-to-day admin work including contracting, monitoring billing, time reports and budget.
- The second goal is to provide support to the PMO and project owners in the preparation of internal and external material, including the preparation of presentations, dashboards and recurring reports leveraging existing material, templates, and ways of workings.
- To support with the PMO function by coordinating status of compliance obligations of existing clients, supported by enabling technology and reporting to PMOs and project owners.
- Finally, the role will be required to support business development activities as needed to support the broader transformation team agenda and growth of Global Tax Compliance client base and targeting and Go-To-Market strategy.
**The ability to effectively deliver the above services in a timely and accurate manner, whilst keeping the PMO teams informed will be critical to your success. Strong communication both written and verbal are mandatory to the role. You will need to work collaboratively with other parts of the business and support the team as required in completing their tasks. To be successful you will need to have a 'proactive' approach to completing your work.**
**As such we are looking for professionals with project / program management experience (1 year). These professionals will have some specific goals around this competence, namely**:
- **Demonstrable admin and operational management experience**:
- **The ability to engage across many levels of the internal organisation and the ability to confidently interface across KPMG Global Tax Compliance network.**:
- **The ability to understand existing ways of workings, governance models and leverage existing templates and toolkits while being proactive to reinforce and enhanced existing processes when possible.**:
- **The ability to support business development activities and other day to day admin related activities that contribute to the winning of new engagements**:
- **The ability to demonstrate logical processing of understanding an issue and developing a plan and seeking for input and guidance in an efficient manner.**:
- **The ability to track status of compliance obligations to efficiently coordinate existing global tax compliance projects to support with the PMO function by using our governance technology in a regular basis.**
**In addition, as part of KPMG, you will need to complete annual requirements such as goal setting, timely completion of training and other KPMG specific activities.**
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- **Support the account management for GCMS clients, effectively supporting their transition into BAU operations and support with the PMO function**:
- **Become skilled and oversee the management of KPMG's Digital Gateway tool.**:
- **Support the preparation of clients operational reporting, report to PMO and project owners, assist with the coordination and track status of compliance obligations in the ASPAC region, as required**:
- **Support technical oversight of client facing tools**:
- **Work collaboratively with the technology team to communicate requirements and support technology roll-outs and support with data centralization process**:
- **Use technology tools in a confident manner**:
- **To support with day-to-day admin work including**:
- **Billing reports, reconciliation, and monitor billing status**:
- **Track and monitor team's Time report and reconciliations**:
- **Be a team member within a bid team and cooperate / collaborate with other team members to produce winning proposals**:
- **To effectively develop documentation in the form of MS Word, Power point, Visio or Excel as needed.**:
- **To establish/develop an internal KPMG network across our Global Tax Compliance practice**:
- **To support with GCMS internal initiatives, amongst others**:
- **Go-To-Market and targeting initiatives**:

**Skills/ Knowledge and Experience:
- **Bachelor's degree, Minimum 2 years work experience, demonstrable project management experience and technical acumen is a plus.**:
- **Strong preference for previous experience in similar roles. Should be a self-starter and able to act with mínimal guidance and be able to report to PMO owners in a timely and accurate manner
