**Position Summary**

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working on both new products and existing systems for our cutting-edge trading business. This is a rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with other like-minded engineers, quants, and traders to tackle real world challenges in the emerging DeFi space.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business teams to conceptualize and implement innovative software solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems and contribute to the firm’s technical roadmap.
- Stay updated with the latest Web3 trends, tools, and best practices, and actively contribute ideas to push the boundaries of decentralized technology.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on web development and hands-on experience with blockchain technologies.
- Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, and decentralized protocols. Familiarity with popular Web3 frameworks and tools is a plus.
- Strong skills in backend development using languages like Node.js, Python, or Go, with experience in API design and database management.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Experience working on retail-facing products is advantageous.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, and a desire to be part of the transformation of the digital economy.
