Artistic Director

**Responsibilities**
- Choreograph community dance performances for both large and small-scale events
- Conduct and facilitate dance and movement workshops and as well as supplementary strength and conditioning training classes for participants from all walks of life in accordance to the ethos of the company
- Develop and design dance curriculum infused with the principles of dance science
- Oversee and sustain the education and outreach programmes to increase audiences and participants
- Develop and execute business development strategies and plans to expand the growth of the company
- Track and monitor the progress and impact of the company through relevant data, measures and records
- Review and adjust any dance material and content through feedback and comments

**Requirements**:

- A relevant dance degree from a recognised university.
- A postgraduate in dance science will be required.
- At least 8-9 years of relevant experience, with proven track record, in professional practice. Experience working with seniors or children will be ideal.
- Possess a qualified wellness and fitness training certificate e.g. Pilates, Yoga, Personal Trainer equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster community building.
- Demonstrated strong ability in artistry and creativity through choreography.
- Experienced in curriculum development and teaching dance to various age groups.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, strategic planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to speak dialect will be advantageous.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
