**Job Summary**
Supervises Data Center Engineers and Data Center site. Assists with testing and coordinating projects and maintenance.
Typically has 2-3 years of people management experience and is fully proficient with each of the responsibilities indicated.

**Responsibilities**
Management
- Supervises Data Center Engineers to ensure that the duties they are undertaking are carried out in a timely manner and projects are progressing as expected
- Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and development

Site Capacity Management
- Overall site capacity supervision

Project/Infrastructure Management
- Plans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the data center
- Provides input and guidance towards budget

Vendor Management
- Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards

Testing
- Assists with start up tests, documenting and reporting all problems

Incident Management
- Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience
- High School Diploma

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: - San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $102,000 to $162,000 - California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $94,000 to $149,000 - Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $85,000 to $135,000 Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
