Our Oilfield Services AMO Team is assembling and testing the latest products of drilling equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

**About the Role**
As a Cement Unit Installation, you will plan and lead cement unit installations, repairs, and maintenance globally.

As a Cement Unit Installation, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all tasks are performed safely for all parties and the environment.
- Creating drawings and other documentation required for project planning
- Leading teams in shipyard to perform cement equipment installations and refurbishments, repair facilities to perform equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Communicating with all stakeholders on project status and managing projects to remain on schedule and under budget.
- Handleing standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning
- Handling targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum 3 years in equipment refurbishment in cement unit installation
- Have a good understanding of SAP and MRP functionality
- Demonstrate tactical execution with a sense of urgency
- Have a good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills
