Koch Group Services C&B is a leverage capability that supports all Koch affiliated companies that spans across multiple industries with presence in 16 labour jurisdictions in Asia Pacific. While each team member focuses on specific countries, there are ample opportunities to participate in other countries and global initiatives.

**What You Will Do**

You will provide Compensation and Benefits (C&B) design, advisory and support services to Koch companies in Asia Pacific with an emphasis on India, Sri Lanka, Japan and South Korea.
- Build trust and partnership with customers through addressing their organization needs
- Participate in C&B surveys and connect customers to HR trends in the market that they compete for talents;
- Lead/Support C&B reviews from information gathering, design, cost analysis through to implementation of approved changes;
- Partner other capability teams (eg HRIS, HR Ops, Payroll, Finance & Procurement) on process design, system changes, vendors setup etc to support benefits plans implementation & process improvement;
- Identify, appoint, setup and manage C&B vendors;
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and renewals of benefits plans with service providers
- Program manage benefits initiatives (health screening, EAP webinars, etc);
- Develop documentations and communication materials to support C&B plans / administrative changes and employee communication / queries.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years' experience C&B capability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and program management skills
- Exposure to HR and/or C&B practices in some Asia Pacific markets preferred
