**Responsibilities**
- Involve in preparing layout test fit to assist in feasibility study of projects
- Coordinate and liaise with Architect QP to ensure layout compliance with authorities’ requirements
- Translate concept ideas into schematic design, detailed space design and tender specifications and drawings and document
- Provide 2D and 3D renderings or computer graphics
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation necessary for architectural tender, including schedules and material specifications
- Work closely with respective consultants (e.g. Architect, C&S, M&E, Surveyor) in reviewing design and submission drawings
- Conduct site supervision in order to QA/QC on all the works executed by main contractor and all vendors
- Assist in the administration of construction projects leading to their completion and post-completion
- Assist in the refresh and update of the design bible or guidelines

**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma holder in Architectural Studies with at least 3 years of working experience in similar industry in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of Singapore building fire codes, design compliance and authority submission requirements.
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Domain knowledge in Structural and M&E work is preferred but not required.
- Well versed in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Revit, Photoshop and Microsoft office
- Well versed in Lumion or Enscape or other 3D rendering software
- Knowledge of BIM is an advantage
- Motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
