Singapore Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Co. Pte. Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of Senior Managers/ Managers of 4 MFG sections managing Diffusion, Etch, Thin Film and Diffusion module.
- Responsible for Manufacturing Quality, Output, Move, CLIP, Cycle Time and Manpower.
- Work closely with top management to establish clear direction and timely execution.
- Establish plans and strategies to meet operations output requirement
- Establish plans and procedures for WIP and Test wafer Management
- Set targets, goals and projects to maintain high turn ratio, manning ratio and line linearity
- Provide guidance and training to team to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
- Provide guidance and appraisals and road map career paths for subordinates
- Forecast financials budgets for materials such as test wafers, SMIF pods and production too
- Support strategic planning initiatives
- Talent identification, acquisition and performance management for continuous enhancement of team capabilities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Engineering
- At least 20 years of working experiences in manufacturing field (preferably specialising in Manufacturing industry).
- Min 5 years of Managerial experiences leading a large number of Manufacturing executives and operators.
- Have Fab Production Planning experiences.
- Strong leadership, mentorship & coaching skills.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication process, equipment configurations & WPH, as well as semiconductor process flow.
- Good project management & problem solving skills.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
