**Location: Clementi**
**Job scope**:
- Assume responsibility for engineering design, gaining a thorough understanding of client requirements, and presenting appropriate solutions that align with specifications.
- Create engineering documentation (VDRL) and address client feedback promptly, maintaining a standard of timeliness, quality, and precision.
- Generate preliminary drawings and lead the AUTOCAD drafter in the production of engineering drawings for deliverables.
- Incorporate industrial standards and best practices throughout the engineering drawing process, encompassing preparation, design, review, and submission.
- Provide guidance to in-house technicians for equipment assembly and cabinet integration; oversee system configuration, simulation, testing, and validation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in telecom or equivalent technical discipline
- Well organized documentation, time management skills
- Ability to articulate and share concepts with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work with cross function teams and lead the team
