Chief Technology Officer

CTO is a core leadership role and would ideally be required to bring creative, data and technology domains together to create delightful experiences to life for our customers. CTO would be required to spend a large amount in customer-facing roles to guide our most strategic customers and prospects on their digital transformation journeys as they respond to the challenges and opportunities in their respective businesses. Working along-side the sales, strategy and delivery teams, you will be required to help customers translate their business strategy into a technology vision and roadmap to deliver realisable business outcomes. This will require a level of business acumen, an ability to advise customers on technology solutions with a primary focus on customer and employee experience.

This role requires previous Enterprise Architecture, Global Delivery and Customer Experience, Creative technology and Data platform solutioning experience to bring together a broad vision for our customers, as well as define a strategy and roadmap for their adoption of Technology Solutions.

This role will champion Ogilvy/Verticurl’s technology vision and drive innovation and promote new ways of working, engineering culture and high performance teams. Internally, the role would work as a liaison to collaborate with leaders to promote collaboration and people platforms that foster culture for creativity and innovation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be responsible for building and leading a rockstar team of technologists with specialized skills in providing end-to-end advisory services to our clients; in the areas of Technology Strategy, Enterprise & Solution Architecture, Experience Platforms, Cloud Solution Delivery, and Data platforms.
- Become a trusted advisor to CXO/CIO/CTO/EA level contacts and their teams as they look to transform their business
- Envision and drive innovation at the intersection of consumer behavior, business strategy, technology and user experience.
- Be a mentor and guide to product/accelerator development teams.
- As a strategic Advisor, this role will require to work with a set of strategic accounts to co-create the Account strategy and own the technology vision and strategy.
- Develop tools and methods to enable teams in delivering standard solutions to business problems.
- Lead and act as an exemplary role model for leaders at all levels, whilst continuously promoting a sense of loyalty and energizes others to act.
- Lead and guide teams on specific technology engagements with key clients. Understand the customer’s business strategy and technology needs; identifying the key capabilities and technology enablers required.
- Proactively identify opportunities within larger organizations in collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Build and sustain a high performance culture by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths.
- Mentor and guide sales, pre-sales and delivery teams on strategic opportunities.
- Participation in the delivery of solution best practices, Industrycreference architectures and educational sessions to existing customers, partners and to internal audiences.
- Discovering and implementing new technologies that create competitive advantages.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**:

- Proven track record to consult directly with the CXO’s, CIO’s and CTO’s at enterprises to ideate, shape and realize world-class digital transformation programs.
- Experience of working in global consultancies and digital agencies.
- Multi-year experience in delivering a diverse set of solutions; complex enterprise platforms and experience technology platforms.
- Hands on experience in envisioning and driving innovation charter to further the brand's currency by reimagining technology enabled customer experiences.
- Hands on experience of leading large teams (500+) and a proven track record of building new teams in emerging spaces.
- Strong experience in building enterprise data platforms and data protection solutions.
- Proven track record of building multi-disciplinary teams to deliver purposeful innovative outcomes.
- Strong background in adopting and rolling out new ways of working (agile, design thinking) methodologies for enterprise and businesses.
- Multi-year experience in global delivery setup with a direct role in driving technology outcomes for a large portfolio.
- Strong background in software engineering discipline, preferably with product/startup setup.
- Proven track record of operating innovation lab, studio / digital factories.
- Excellent experience in the principles of cloud based platforms and their place in an organization's IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent experience in delivering award winning creative solutions, customer engagement platforms, experience strategy engagements, digital strategy engagements and engineering engagements.
- Proven track record of delivering experience platforms, technology consulting and delivery capabilities
