**What is the job about?**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within an established water technology company. We are seeking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our friendly, inclusive, and highly inspirational team in Singapore

At its heart, it is a Marketing Manager role is to develop the marketing activities and initiatives supporting the overall growth of Marketing and Sales Development within asia pacific industry segment in the assigned area. Effectively collaborate within the Industry APAC Sales Team in achieving Industry APAC commercial targets by efficiently deploying conventional and digital marketing activities with optimizing impact.

You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and are creative while being agile and responsive. You are interested in learning new high tools, trends, and processes in the Marketing World. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative and outcome-focused environment.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Drive and facilitate the End-user marketing activities (reach, engage, and Lead Generation) supporting the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Develop and deliver regional End-User marketing deployment plan
- Align with regional sales director on local focus and targets
- Responsible for marketing performance measurement-reporting
- Support local marketers in effective and efficient deployment
- Support PU (Performance Unit) Marketing with customer insights and best practices
- Drive and facilitate regional value excellence approaches (value based selling)
- Drive feedback-loops from sales to marketing on best practice and vice versa
- Plan End-user partners development (training, branding etc)
- Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required.

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Experience implementing defined processes within Marketing
- and Project Management.
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Most likely to have 8 + years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Marketing - and Project Management.
- Great ability to influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Marketing area and Project Management area
