Singapore DH Wealth Management Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions (GL, AP, AR, audit schedules, etc), cashflow management.
- Ensure proper book-keeping, track all transactions, and perform data entry into the accounting system.
- Perform day-to-day financial transaction record and bank reconciliation, including verifying, clarifying, computing, posting, and recording data.
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/ ), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Assist with year-end financial audits and the preparation of month/year-end accounts and statutory finance statements.

**Requirements and skills**
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience and skills.
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
