**IN BRIEF**

Implement, develop and support a year-long public engagement programmes, tailored for all kinds of learners, mainly adults —from young adults to active-aging learners, novice to expert, and from hands-on art activities, film screenings, symposiums, to talks about art and culture.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement Curatorial Programmes’ programmes which include talks, workshops, lectures, symposiums, round-table discussions, publications, film screenings and various new formats, including material for virtual purposes, that cater to a broad range of learners, mainly adults, with different interests, learning styles and needs. The events are usually conducted onsite but can be developed as offsite or online; and, will be offered at different levels, from the introductory to the more specialist.
- Coordinating areas of curatorial programmes in conjunction with Curatorial and Collections, Public Art and Residencies and the Biennale teams.
- Provide administration and logistic implementation for the tasked programmes.
- Work with external parties and stakeholders, including vendors and institutions, alongside artists to develop and implement programmes for the year.
- Coordinating with other divisions e.g. Marketing & Communications team on the publicity collaterals, including content development of above events via social media; with Event Management Team and other administrators and curators, on the programmes’ set up and implementation.
- Manage registrations, attendances, feedback and satisfaction rate for Curatorial Programmes, and maintain an active participant database.
- Manage, collate and provide analytics on overall budgets, satisfaction, audience reports, feedback, etc.
- Manage an active database of relevant programme content contributors, speakers and facilitators.
- Manage archiving of the programmes.
- Develop topics in conjunction with the permanent collections and changing exhibitions, including bigger scale events such as Biennales or any art fairs.
- Ideate topics with relation to programmes and overseeing the development of projects.
- Report regularly on programme and projects, providing a punctual post-event report as well as organise regular debrief.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least five to eight years of relevant work experience in the field of the arts as an arts administration, with proven track record in creating content to curate or programme for the general public
- Degree in art or production or equivalent arts-related field, with a good knowledge in art
- A team player with excellent work ethic who is well-organised and who has managed several projects involving large teams simultaneously
- Self-directed learner and problem solver who exhibits maturity and presence of mind in remaining productive under deadline pressures
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Cultural sensitivity and empathy for diverse communities
- Availability to work on evenings, weekends and public holidays
