Here is an opportunity to join their established Learning & Organisation Development team to support the achievement of the organisation’s strategic business and people development priorities through competencies development, performance management, organisational and learning interventions.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand learning requirements, and develop learning interventions and programmes to enhance employee skills and performance, using data-driven insights
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve and align organisation design, operating models, systems, work processes, and resources
- Work closely with broader HR team and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of learning programmes
- Manage and drive key programmes such as New Hire Onboarding Programme
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with a HR-related degree and at least 5 years experience in learning & development supporting organisational transformation, change management and developing learning programmes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style
- Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
