**Responsibilities**:

- Support and facilitate product marketing and customer service-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate the implementation of campaigns, launch, events by assisting marketing department. Tasks may include logistics, communications, and promotional materials.
- Support sales team by assisting in all matters of daily operations and customers’ requests.
- Prepare vendor creations and PR/PO processes.
- Collaborate with team to generate ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
- Source for and liaise with vendors / agencies according to the marketing needs.
- Assist in design or adaptation of marketing collaterals when required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across different functions
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and keen to learn
- Responsible and accountable in delivering tasks on time
