The Product Development Team works with Design, Product Management and other cross-functional partners in the product creation process. Product Development leads the development process, driving craft and profitability, and delivers against factory product creation capabilities. As a Process Excellence Developer, you will be responsible for execute our mission through collaborative, strategic, innovation solutions in product creation process. Driving operational excellence with the partnership of cross functional stakeholders from WHQ and factories, and optimizing product quality, delivery, sustainability, performance and profitability goals.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Champion to drive product excellence, project and change management; Find ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness; Demonstrates new ways of solving problems and overcoming obstacles; Open to new ideas and help others to think creatively.
- Drive operational strategies and provide functional leadership to and share expertise with relevant teams in areas related to capacity planning, development process, working & system tools, engineering/costing & meeting all key calendar gates & dates.
- Lead and support cross-functional discussions and project management across dimensions.
- Partner with global counterparts to create calendar & process tools on special product initiatives to ensure countries / teams are serviced with appropriate products
- Keeps abreast of market trends, category goals, new technology and process innovation throughout the development community.
- Utilizes internal and/or external partnerships that leverage resources and enhance business group effectiveness and best practices.
