**Position**: Customer Service Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide consultancy and advice to potential students regarding courses offered at Avanta Academy.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors.
- Organise and participate in promotional events and open houses.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong sales background, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in education and training.
