Are you passionate about architectural design? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving? We are currently looking for a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join our team based in Singapore.

You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for our diverse range of projects. Your main tasks will include conceptualizing designs, producing detailed drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. Your creativity and technical skills will play a vital role in transforming our clients' visions into reality.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and practical design concepts that align with project objectives.
- Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design elements.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing client feedback.
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that design milestones and deadlines are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of sustainable design principles and technologies.
- Experience in working on diverse architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional.
