Job Description:
SUMMARY:
We are dynamic international tax team addressing every tax aspect domestically and globally. Your role is to support and work together with the respective tax managers who are responsible for corporate income tax, withholding tax, global tax reporting, transfer pricing, global minimum tax, domestic and global etc. without silo organization. It is great opportunity for you to learn by doing on first-hand tax experience through deep involvement in/discussion with variety business units and becomes capable of giving stakeholders more than tax advice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global minimum tax governance Tax compliance management Transfer pricing compliance management & advice
- Coordinate and/or prepare transfer pricing documentations with local advisers, risk management, prepare defense file, follow TP audits, review the intragroup agreement
Tax project management lead Tax audit management (handling inquiry and maintain close relationship) Collaborate with reginal tax team and liaison with external tax consultants Resolve/Prevent tax controversy Contract review from tax perspective
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

- More than 5 years’ experience in the tax services of an international firm
- Ability to lead & work with all levels of staff from other departments
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in digital service and/or telecom industry
- Ability to take on challenge and work under pressure
- Fluent in English
- Spirit of challenge on new thing and try to understand it in speedy uncertain environment
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years’ experience in the tax services of an international firm
- Bachelors Degree in tax or accounting, CA/CPA preferred (good to have but not mandatory)
