The research assistant will take the following responsibilities by working with the project leaders:

- Oversee the general management and administration of the project (e.g., organizing meetings and recording meeting minutes)
- Assist in the literature review, data collection, data analysis, and paper writing
- Assist in preparing both the progress and final reports of the project
- Work on other tasks assigned by the project leaders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Have a bachelor’s degree or hold a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, Psychology)
- Have experience in educational research
- Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods is essential, and experience with factor analysis is a valuable bonus.
- Be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team
- Have good oral and written communication skills
