The position interacts with various departments within the business unit. **Responsibilities**: - Assist QA Manager in managing the quality assurance of the production activities including QMS and EMS systems. - Deputy Management Representative for QMS and EMS systems - Generate and Maintain Control Plan/ FMEA/Process Flow Chart - Lead troubleshooting Process and close out on customer Complaints (8D approach) - Respond to Customer Enquiries - Review Customer Requirements - Support Customer Audits/Internal Audits and any other 3rd Party audit - Management of the Quality Management Database - Review and Update of Procedures to ensure compliance - Generate Monthly KPI report on Customer Complaints **Education**: - Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Relevant industry **Relevant Industries**: - Chemicals **EEO Statement**: Element Solutions Inc is an E-Verify Company and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in job applicant procedures.
