Partnering our client, in infrastructure energy to hire a Finance & Payroll Manager, leading a team of 7 payroll junior executives & also supporting finance business teams. As it is a hybrid team structure, He/She must possess hands on payroll processing experience, preferably from accounting background.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure accurate, timely and efficient delivery of payroll & finance related services for a group of companies.
- Perform and verify the end-to-end payroll operations & transactions and submit statutory requirements for payroll processing services.
- Handle payroll monthly journals, accruals, reconciliations & schedules, GL payroll accounts management, manpower budgeting and timely billings for intercompany recoveries
- Prepare and submit payroll data and reconciliation schedules for monthly closing of P/L & B/S manpower items, reporting and budget exercises.
- Review payroll schedules, analyse key manpower variances and exceptions for management reporting
- Liaise with HR, finance, auditors & external organisations on payroll & finance related matters, funding & audits.
- Handle system enhancements including user acceptance testing for payroll related system patches, upgrades &/or changes arising from company policies and statutory regulations.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Degree in Business/ Finance / Accounting or related discipline with min 6 yrs in finance &/ accounting functions with preferably 2 yrs payroll processing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize work tasks, multi-task and work within tight deadlines & resolve issues independently.
- Knowledge in SAP Financial & HR Management, Employee Central (Success Factors) and Business Planning & Consolidation systems will be an advantage.
