**What You'll Do**:

- Provide thought leadership in identifying key innovation and technology trends across the globe
- Create and Manage new market offerings, driving profitable business growth and meeting business targets in line with product strategy
- Identify and drive the value proposition of new products and how they will bring commercial value that contributes to SP Group.
- Accelerate technology transfer by evaluating relevant technologies and potential partners which solve challenges for SP Group and our clients
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on strategic projects related to key business challenges and provide domain expertise and strategic intelligence around market developments
- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short
- and long-term goals.
- Responsible for outlining entire roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints.
- Turn high-level business objectives into a comprehensive set of product requirements. Develop & document requirements, specifications and use cases for new product features.
- Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders to lead the design and definition of product features and support implementation and execution.
- Participate in RFPs, and tenders from a product standpoint to support sales booking.
- Implement processes to onboard clients onto Green Energy Tech suite of products.
- Handle client’s customisation under Green Energy Tech suite of products

**What You'll Need**:

- ~7 years of experience
- Education: degree in engineering or relevant work experience
- Energy market experience, for example - smart grid, intelligent energy, smart building, e-mobility, digital energy services (preferred)
- Passionate & dynamic self-starter and a go-getter
- Commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience
- Proven experience in product development or business development
- Independent in working with engineering/design onshore/offshore.
- Great problem-solving skills with an excellent analytical mindset.
- Ability to develop solid roadmaps and strategic plans as well as to provide execution details through product specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate & communicate with cross teams within the organization.
