Bim Designer

**Responsibilities**- Participate in design and model coordination meetings and review sessions when required- Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works- Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan- Creation of 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD as relevant or required- Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models- To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission- Archival of 3D models, prepare user handover and related documentation- Drawing production from 3D models and administer 3D models/drawings distribution to relevant users in compliance with stipulated procedures- Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines- Any other duties assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Higher NiTec in Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry- Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work- Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation- Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings- Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes on multi-disciplinary basis- Only Singaporean
